Job description

Position Summary:
The Part-Time Service and Events Producer role will serve Southland by providing consistent production support for weekend programming. They will support weekend production by executing the vision of weekend services and working with a team of staff and volunteers to execute a common goal. They will also support various Student and Southland events as needed. Everything will be done striving to have a Christ-centered attitude while supporting the vision and mission of Southland to reach One More.
Essential Position Responsibilities:
  • Lead volunteer team by conducting a pre-service production meeting
  • Help develop weekend and student production volunteers
  • Prepare for and execute technical aspects of Southland services
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise with the production staff
  • Produce a Sunday service to ensure service excellence.
  • Prepare for and execute technical aspects of Southland events as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Essential Competencies:
  • 1+ years experience in live production preferred
  • Must be an equipper of volunteers
  • Must be a team player
