This full-time position is responsible for maintaining the organization's network infrastructure, server environment, and core IT systems across multiple locations. This role ensures secure, reliable, and high-performing technology services for both onsite and remote staff. The administrator will manage day-to-day operations of network hardware, VPN connectivity, server/SAN infrastructure, and Microsoft 365 services, while also supporting ongoing cybersecurity efforts and infrastructure improvements. This is a fully on-site position located at our Downtown Green Bay location.Key Responsibilities Network Infrastructure - Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot switches, firewalls, wireless access points, and other network hardware across all sites. Systems & Identity Architect - Support administration of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Security/Compliance settings. Security & Compliance - Support cybersecurity initiatives such as MFA, endpoint protection, email security, and vulnerability remediation. Technical Support & Operations - Provide advanced troubleshooting support for escalated issues from the service desk. Qualifications Education:Required: Associate's degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent work experience.Preferred: N/AExperience:Required:5-7+ years in IT infrastructure, ideally within a healthcare, highly regulated environment, or non-profit organization. Preferred:5+ years' experience with Fortinet, Cisco, HPE infrastructure hardware.Skills and Competencies: Hands-on experience with Windows Server administration, AD, and virtualization. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration and related security tools. Experience supporting VPN technologies and remote work environments. Ability to prioritize tasks, troubleshoot independently, and communicate clearly with non-technical users. Familiarity with security frameworks and risk management methodologies required.Why Join Us?
