B-Level Automotive Technician | $35–$45/HR | No Weekends

Retro Autoworks of Glenside

Location: Pottstown, PA
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | No Weekends
Pay Rate: $35–$45/hour
Pay Type: Hourly + Performance Pay
Pay Schedule: Weekly

If you're a B-Level Automotive Technician who can handle general repairs, maintenance, brakes, suspension, and inspections independently, this is an opportunity to earn $35–$45/hour plus performance pay while continuing to grow your skills.

You'll work Monday–Friday in a heated and air-conditioned shop, get paid weekly, and have access to paid training and opportunities to advance as the company grows.

What You'll Do

  • Perform brake and suspension repairs
  • Complete wheel alignments and tire services
  • Perform general automotive repairs
  • Complete oil changes and preventive maintenance
  • Perform fluid exchanges and flushes
  • Complete PA State Inspections and emissions testing
  • Perform Digital Vehicle Inspections

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of automotive repair experience
  • PA State Inspection License required
  • PA Emissions License required
  • Ability to complete general repairs independently
  • Own professional automotive tools
  • ASE Certifications preferred
  • DVI experience preferred, not required
