Schedule / Job TypeContract | 13 Weeks | Days | Friday, Saturday & Sunday 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 36 Hours Guaranteed Per Week
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a high-volume, 65-bed Emergency Department across multiple care zones including Shock, Core, Psych, and Exam areas
- Manage varying patient ratios depending on assignment area (Shock 2:1, Core 4:1, Psych 3:1, Exam 6:1)
- Operate and monitor equipment including Alaris Pumps, Phillips Monitors, and Belmont Rapid Infuser
- Document all patient care accurately using Epic EMR
- Float within the department according to skill set as needed
- Adhere to facility dress code: Navy Blue scrubs required
- Active RN license valid in Indiana
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience in a large Emergency Department
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required
- PALS certification required
- TNCC certification required
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to fluctuating patient volumes
- Prior experience with Epic EMR
- Familiarity with Alaris Pumps, Phillips Monitors, and Belmont Rapid Infuser
