JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS
The Department of Energy and Mineral Engineering seeks two student employees to provide administrative and customer service support approximately 10 hours per week each in the office of the department head. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, distributing mail, stocking copier supplies, organizing office and supply areas, general office projects, and supporting departmental events. Will also work with marketing and communications to make suggestions for posts to EME social media. Most hours will occur during weekday business hours, with occasional evening or weekend event support. Successful candidates will be reliable, organized, professional, and comfortable interacting with faculty, staff, students, and guests. The starting rate is $15 per hour.
