    • Crushing systems (primary, secondary, and tertiary crushers)
    • Grinding and milling equipment (ball mills, grinding circuits, cyclones)
    • Sulfide flotation circuits (flotation cells, agitators, blowers, launders)
    • Acid leach systems (leach tanks, pumps, piping, heaters, agitators)
    • Solvent extraction (SX) equipment (mixer-settlers, pumps, organic handling systems)
    • Electrowinning (EW) systems (cells, rectifiers, cathode handling equipment)
    • Pumps (slurry, process, centrifugal, and positive displacement)
    • Electric motors, drives, and control equipment
    • Conveyors, gearboxes, and material handling systems
  • Lead root cause failure analysis (RCFA) and implement long-term corrective actions.
  • Develop and manage maintenance  shutdown planning and execution.

Welding & Fabrication

  • Track and report key maintenance KPIs (equipment availability, downtime, MTBF, MTTR, cost control).

Engineering & Continuous Improvement

  • Apply mechanical and process engineering principles to improve equipment performance, maintainability, and safety across crushing, grinding/milling, flotation, acid leach, solvent extraction, and electrowinning operations.
  • Support process improvements and debottlenecking initiatives across oxide and sulfide processing circuits.
  • Participate in equipment selection, design reviews, and commissioning of new or modified systems.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Process Engineering to address throughput, recovery, and reliability constraints.

Safety & Compliance
