We’re looking for a highly organized, analytical, and proactive Ecommerce Specialist to support the growth and day-to-day operations of our ecommerce business across Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and other third-party marketplaces. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of ecommerce operations, content, data, and execution. You’ll be responsible for keeping our marketplace presence accurate and up to date, supporting product launches, coordinating inventory and fulfillment, monitoring performance, and identifyingopportunities to improve the customer and business experience.
Key Responsibilities

  • Marketplace Operations: Manage day-to-day ecommerce operations across Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and other third-party marketplaces.
  • Product Management: Set up and maintain product listings, ensuring accurate content, imagery, pricing, variations, inventory, and product information.
  • Product Launches: Manage marketplace product launches from setup through launch, including product copywriting, keyword research, SEO optimization, listing creation, and pre- and post-launch QA.
  •  Content & SEO: Conduct keyword research and develop compelling, searchoptimized product titles, descriptions, bullet points, and other marketplace content to improve discoverability and conversion.
  • Inventory & Fulfillment: Monitor inventory levels, support replenishment planning, and coordinate FBA, FBT, and other marketplace fulfillment requirements.
  •  Marketplace Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve listings, pricing, bundles, promotions, and overall marketplace performance.
  •  Reporting & Analytics: Track sales, inventory, profitability, and other key ecommerce metrics; provide regular reporting and insights to support decisionmaking.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve marketplace issues related to listings, pricing, inventory, orders, and fulfillment.
  •  Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Logistics, Operations, Customer Service, and Finance to execute ecommerce initiatives effectively.
  •  Process Improvement: Identify operational inefficiencies and help develop processes and systems that improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in ecommerce, marketplace operations, digital  merchandising, or related field.
  •  Marketplace Experience: Hands-on experience with Amazon, TikTok Shop, or similar platforms preferred.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency with Excel and comfort working with SKU-level data and ecommerce reporting.
  • Attention to Detail: Highly organized with a strong eye for accuracy and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Problem Solving: Resourceful and proactive, with the ability to investigate issues and drive them through to resolution.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
  •  Ecommerce Knowledge: Understanding of ecommerce KPIs, inventory management, fulfillment, marketplace fees, pricing, and basic profitability.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central, Walmart Marketplace, TikTok Shop, or ERP/inventory systems is a plus.
