Drive Results Across Multiple Markets.Ethnix Group, a leading Hispanic food and beverage distributor, is seeking an experienced Direct Store Delivery (DSD) Sales Manager to lead and support our DSD sales and route operations across multiple markets. This leadership role is responsible for developing and managing DSD Drivers and Route Sales Representatives, driving sales performance, ensuring operational excellence, and building strong customer relationships throughout our distribution network.The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong background in DSD operations, route sales management, and team development who can successfully lead multiple territories while partnering with Operations, Logistics, and Warehouse teams to achieve company goals.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop DSD Drivers and Route Sales Representatives across multiple locations.Drive sales growth, route profitability, and customer retention across assigned markets.Monitor route performance, sales KPIs, and operational metrics.Develop sales strategies to increase market penetration and revenue.Ensure consistent execution of merchandising, product availability, and customer service standards.Partner with Operations, Logistics, Warehouse, and Inventory teams to improve efficiency and service levels.Analyze sales reports, identify opportunities, and implement action plans to improve performance.Conduct regular field visits, ride-alongs, and performance coaching sessions.Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate DSD team members.Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.QualificationsMinimum of 3 years of experience managing DSD, Route Sales, or Territory Sales teams is REQUIRED.Proven experience leading multiple routes, territories, or branch locations.Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.Experience in the food and beverage distribution industry is strongly preferred.Experience with route sales, inventory management, merchandising, and customer relationship management.Proficiency with CRM systems, GPS, ELD, and Microsoft Office applications.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Ability to travel regularly between company locations.Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.BenefitsMedical (HDPD/PPO), dental, and vision coverageLife insurance, STD, LTD, and AD&DEmployee product discountsFloating holidays and weekends offBiweekly payrollJob Type: Full-time #J-18808-Ljbffr
