Join Wayne Transports, one of the top food-grade dry bulk pneumatic carriers serving the milling and baking industry in the U.S. With 75 years in the business, our drivers enjoy job security and an environment where they’re treated like family.

Why Join Wayne Transports?

  • Quarterly Safety Bonuses: Earn $500 every quarter just for keeping safety a priority.
  • Industry-Leading Benefits:
    • HDHP & PPO Medical, Dental and Vision Plans
    • Short- and Long-Term Disability Option
    • HSA & FSA Option with Employer Contribution to HSA

  • Pay Perks That Add Up:
    • Drop and Hook Pay, Layover Pay, Load/Unload Pay, and Detention Pay
    • Weekly Paychecks with Direct Deposit
    • Holiday and Sunday Pay, PTO, Washout Pay, Increased Weekend Rate Pay
  • Top-Notch Equipment: We offer a mix of 13-speed manual transmissions and a selection of automatics for those who prefer less gear shifting.
  • No Central Dispatch: Work with dispatchers who know YOU, not just your truck number.

What Drivers Are Saying:

  • “This is the first company I’ve worked for where I don’t feel like I have to beg to be heard. They check in with me, they care, and they pay me fairly.”
  • “Wayne Transports is big enough to keep me moving but small enough that I feel like I actually matter.”

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ Years of Experience or 200k miles in Tractor/Trailer operation
  • A valid CDL with proper endorsements
  • No major traffic violations in the past 3 years
  • Must be able to stay out 5-10 days at a time on regional runs
  • Steady, Consistent Work; work week days will vary per terminal needs and location.
