Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Weekend Shifts
Richmond, VA
$17/hr base + $4/hr weekend differential
Earn up to $21/hr on weekends
At CRi, we support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live meaningful, independent lives-and we're strengthening our weekend teams with enhanced weekend pay.
DSP I staff earn an additional $4/hr for qualifying weekend hours (Friday 11:00 PM - Monday 9:00 AM).
What You'll Do
  • Provide hands-on support using individualized care plans
  • Lead by example and support team members on shift
  • Assist individuals in the community and daily activities
  • Complete accurate documentation and advocate for those we serve

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications Required:
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Understanding of the unique needs and challenges associated with supporting individuals with IDD.
  • Familiarity with the Person-Centered Planning process.
  • Basic computer skills for documentation, communication and training purposes.
  • Ability to cook and manage household tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
