Hiring Area: Charleston, SC

Weekly Pay: $1,400 to $1,500 Guaranteed
Home Time: Weekends
Experience Required: 6 months in the last 3 years

Guaranteed Weekly Pay and Weekend Home Time

LEM Trucking is hiring Class A CDL truck drivers in Charleston, SC for a position offering dependable weekly earnings and consistent home time. Drivers are guaranteed $1,400 to $1,500 per week while running freight throughout the Midwest and Southeast.

This account does not require deliveries into New York City. Freight is 100 percent no touch, allowing drivers to focus on driving without handling cargo.

Pay and Schedule

Drivers earn between .68 and .70 CPM with additional earning opportunities based on the company pay scale. A weekly pay guarantee provides consistent income even when freight conditions change.

Additional compensation is available for detention, layover, and breakdown situations.

Drivers are home on weekends for a full 48 hour reset.

Equipment

Drivers operate 2019 to 2023 Freightliner Cascadias equipped for comfort on the road. Trucks include a refrigerator, TV setup, DirectTV, and SiriusXM.

Company paid truck washes are also provided.

Benefits and Extras

Eligible drivers receive a complete benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401K with company match, vacation and holiday pay, and six major paid holidays.

Rider and pet programs are available. Drivers may also qualify for safety bonuses, a sign on bonus, and optional per diem.

Paid Orientation

Orientation lasts three days and is paid. Hotel accommodations, travel, and meals are covered during orientation.
