Maintenance Technician will play a vital role ensuring our facility runs smoothly and efficiently. This role is responsible for maintenance and repair activities, ensuring safety and security protocols are upheld. The Maintenance Technician will coordinate and perform maintenance and repair activities with internal resources and external contractors to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation of the facility and its systems.


Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting and resolving mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Performing routine and preventive maintenance and inspections on facility systems, manufacturing machinery, and other equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
  • Conduct general building maintenance including drywall repair, painting, and cleaning.
  • Maintain and repair facility vehicles and manufacturing equipment as required.
  • Identifying recurring equipment problems and implementing long-term corrective actions.
  • Repair and monitor the performance of critical building systems (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security) to ensure optimal functionality and rapid issue resolution.
  • Conduct facility and manufacturing equipment audits and maintain accurate records, ensuring accountability and operational efficiency.
  • Recommend enhancements to maintenance procedures, building systems, and facility design to improve safety, efficiency, and performance.
  • Perform maintenance and inspections on facility equipment, manufacturing equipment, and vehicles as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments and perform additional duties as required to support overall organizational success.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and internal safety protocols.


Your Profile:

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in facilities management, including mechanical and plumbing skills, as well as knowledge of HVAC systems and other building infrastructure.
  • Fluent in verbal and written English communication.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, including team members, peers, and leadership.
  • Experience with MS Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel. Willingness and ability to learn and utilize additional software systems as needed.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong sense of urgency and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on feet (standing or walking) for extended periods, as required by the role. May be required to sit or stand, kneel, crawl for long periods of time; depending on the task they are performing.


Maintenance Technician II requires the following additional experience:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in facilities maintenance, including mechanical and plumbing skills, as well as knowledge of HVAC systems and other building infrastructure.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and is able to make recommendations to resolve moderate to complex issues.

Maintenance Technician III requires the following additional experience:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in facilities maintenance, including mechanical and plumbing skills, as well as knowledge of HVAC systems and other building infrastructure.
  • Ability to work on complex assignments requiring considerable judgement and can make recommendations to resolve issues.
  • Determines methods and procedures on new tasks.
  • May serve as a team lead on projects.

This is a full-time position, swing shift, typically scheduled Monday through Friday 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm. Occasional overtime may be required, including evenings or weekends, to support urgent repairs or after-hours maintenance needs. The role involves both indoor and outdoor responsibilities and may require working in a variety of weather conditions, including rain, snow, extreme heat or cold, high winds, and other challenging environments.
