Document Control Specialist – Minnetonka, MN

$25–$27/hour | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Onsite | Minnetonka, MN 55345


Job Overview

We are looking for a Document Control Specialist with strong attention to detail to support a team focused on auditing international trade and export documentation.


Responsibilities

  • Audit international trade and export documentation for accuracy
  • Review documentation against export filings
  • Identify missing information, discrepancies, or errors
  • Review documents such as Airway bills, Export filings, International shipping documentation, Trade-related records
  • Gather documentation as needed to complete audits
  • Maintain accurate and organized records
  • Follow detailed procedures and documentation requirements
  • Work closely with the trade compliance team
  • Use computer systems to review, update, and maintain documentation


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable reviewing documents carefully for accuracy
  • Able to identify discrepancies and follow detailed procedures
  • Approximately 1 year of relevant experience is helpful
  • Microsoft Office required
  • SAP experience is preferred
  • Adobe Acrobat experience is a plus
