Weekend Disys Staffing Jobs (NOW HIRING)

Job Title: Component Assembler / Production Tech / Assembler / Warehouse operator /

Duration: 1 year Contract.

Location: Charlotte, NC

Pay rate: $17/hr - $18/hr.

Shift:

1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | $17/hr

* Overtime is common, and shifts may extend until 4:30 PM.

2nd SHIFT : 4:30 PM - 1 AM (With 10 hours shift till 3:00 AM Overtime)

TRAINING TIME FOR 1ST WEEK : 6 AM - 2:30 PM (With 10 hours shift till 4:30 PM Overtime)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ability to assemble components using various hand and power tools according to specifications.
• Ability to read blueprints and/or standard work instructions.
• Performs a variety of functions following prescribed procedures in product assembly and testing.
• Assemble components as required on time and according to quality specifications.
• Ability to identify improvement areas and effectively communicate ways to implement change.
• Maintain the cleanliness of workstation and assist with entire department housekeeping.
• High personal standards with regards to productivity, quality, and safety.
• Overtime and weekend hours may be assigned.
• Willingness to learn and operate in multiple stations within the department.
• Mandatory overtime and weekend hours are frequent and may be assigned as needed
• Good communication skills relative to supervisor and other related departments
• Exceptional customer service skills and a great teamwork are required.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to read blueprints and precision measuring instruments.
• One-year experience in manufacturing assembly.
• Solid mechanical background required
