Job description

Overview
The Pictsweet Company is growing! We are currently looking for a weekend production associate to join our team! We offer a 1st and 2nd shift position on Saturday and Sunday. Typical shift hours are 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am. Times may vary an hour either way, depending on the exact position.
Wages start at $22.25 per hour.
Responsibilities
  • Depending on the position, will perform tasks such as sorting, casing, setting up bins, product inspection, removing defective product, and scooping product, clean up, stretch wrap, busting out product, or other various duties.
  • Must follow instructions including company policies, procedures, and safety instructions.
  • Must comply with Food Safety Standards (GMP).
  • Must keep work area clean and orderly.
  • There will be periods of standing, bending, pulling, walking on hard surfaces, reaching, and lifting.

Qualifications
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to stand, lift, bend, and walk for extended periods.
  • Must be able to work in a cold environment.
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately in a production environment.
  • Must be willing to work extended hours as needed (including weekends and holidays).
