Job Title: Proshield Security Dispatcher Company: Hawkins Empire Division: Proshield Security Location: Jackson, MS Employment Type: FullTime / PartTime

The Proshield Security Dispatcher is responsible for monitoring radio traffic, assigning calls, documenting incidents, and supporting officers in the field. This role ensures fast communication, accurate reporting, and smooth coordination between officers and command staff.

Qualifications

  • Call Assignment - Dispatch officers to alarms, incidents, and service calls

  • Radio Monitoring - Maintain clear, professional radio communication

  • Incident Logging - Record all calls, officer activity, and incident details
