MUST HAVE VALID TWIC CARD, BE ABLE TO PASS PRE-EMPLOYMENT DISA DRUG SCREEN AND BACKGROUND CHECK.

PAY WILL BE BASED ON EXPERIENCE

Job summary – Primary Functions:

Must be familiar with air movers, guzlers and hydroexcavation

Serve as Lead Operator of Vac Truck and run the tech crews, obtain JSA's & jobsite permits

Maintain equipment in working order.

Obtain / replace all parts, accessories, fittings as needed.

Coordinate with mechanical group to insure all equipment is in reliable, safe, and working order.

Insure all safety requirements of customers and EE’s are met or EXCEEDED.

Enforce all company rules and safety policies.

Recognize safe acts, good production, and provide OTJ training to new hires and existing employees.

Keep good communication with customers. Help resolve customer issues.

Insure safety devices are in working order and make sure of proper use.

Report employee disciplinary issues to upper management.

Complete work order tickets in timely fashion. Insure job notes and all data is precise and all equipment is on the on tickets

Essential job functions:

Be on-time for all scheduled jobs and trainings

Obtain accurate information about job specifics before departure. Location, Contact, Duration, Special tools…

Present work order paperwork clearly, concisely, and completely. Complete job notes as detailed as possible.

Work diligently to complete the task in a timely fashion.

Safety and training of employees. for your crews’ safety.

Insure fleet vehicles are cleaned regularly and presentable.

Always fuel up equipment at the end of the shift so that equipment is ready to dispatch at a moment’s notice.

Call in to field supervisor at end of each job and communicate readiness of work at that time.

Must be ready to respond to work request regardless of time of day, night, or weekend. Failure to respond to dispatch call can and will lead to termination.

Crew trucks are for company use only

Wash out Gap Vax correctly and rebag if necessary.

Report late or no shows to dispatch

Make sure crew is wearing necessary PPE

All equipment is to be unloaded, stored properly in the correct place, tape removed from pipe and fittings

Pre Trip / Post Trip filled out

Minimum requirements and abilities:

Must be able bodied to lift up to 50 lbs. Bend, reach, climb.

Must possess a valid driver’s license. CDL class A or class B is required. Must maintain excellent driving record.

Must possess good supervisory skills.

Must be willing to work as needed on weekends and holidays.
