As an HVAC/R Workforce Development Instructor at Lincoln Tech’s East Windsor campus, you’ll blend classroom theory with hands-on lab coaching to launch students into rewarding HVAC careers.

What a typical day looks like
  • Guide learners through accredited HVAC technologies, translating complex concepts into clear, practical lessons.
  • Lead immersive labs in a fully outfitted training facility using industry-standard equipment.
