Guests will enjoy Chef Ramsay's iconic dishes - from his legendary beef Wellington to signature fish and chips - in a stylish space designed to captivate families, tourists, and locals alike.WHAT YOU'LL DOThe Wait Assistant plays an essential support role in the fine dining guest experience by ensuring the dining room remains elegant, clean, and perfectly prepared at all times

Working closely with Servers and Management, this position helps maintain service flow, table presentation, and an atmosphere that reflects the highest standards of hospitality. You'll:Guest Experience & Dining Room SupportAssist Servers in delivering a refined and attentive guest experience, ensuring all needs are met promptly and discreetly.Maintain a polished dining room environment by clearing, resetting, and preparing tables according to fine dining standards.Refill water glasses, replenish bread service, and provide other guest support throughout the meal with efficiency and grace.Ensure guests feel cared for by offering friendly, professional assistance at all times.Table Maintenance & Service FlowClear plates, glassware, silverware, and service items in between courses with coordinated, efficient movements.Reset tables with precise placement of linens, silverware, and table settings to maintain a consistent fine dining presentation.Support food delivery by assisting with tray carrying, staging, and delivering dishes when needed.Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of service stations, ensuring all supplies are stocked and polished.Collaboration & TeamworkWork closely with Servers, Hosts, and Management to ensure smooth service transitions and impeccable execution.Communicate guest needs, timing cues, and operational issues to Servers and Management promptly.Assist in completing opening, mid-shift, and closing sidework to prepare the dining room for the next service.Support teammates by stepping into tasks proactively to keep the flow of service uninterrupted.Follow all restaurant cleanliness and sanitation procedures to uphold health and safety standards.Maintain spotless dining areas, service stations, and common areas at all times.Properly handle glassware, china, and flatware to prevent breakage and uphold brand standards.Adhere to all safety protocols for carrying trays, handling equipment, and maintaining a tidy workspace.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORPrevious experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant service preferred but not required for the right candidate.Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high service standards.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm and professional.Excellent teamwork and communication skills.A polished appearance and professional demeanor that reflects fine dining hospitality.Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
