Reservation Sales Agent

Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa | Young Harris, GA

Do you enjoy helping people plan memorable getaways? Are you friendly, organized, and energized by providing outstanding customer service? Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa is looking for a Reservation Sales Agent who is passionate about hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences from the very first phone call.

As the first point of contact for many of our guests, you'll play an important role in showcasing everything our beautiful mountain resort has to offer while helping guests find the perfect accommodations for their stay.

What You'll Do
  • Welcome guests by phone and respond to reservation inquiries with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
  • Assist guests in selecting the accommodations that best fit their needs while creating memorable first impressions.
  • Accurately process new reservations, modifications, and cancellations using our property management system.
  • Promote room upgrades, resort packages, and special offers that enhance the guest experience.
  • Process group reservations and rooming lists with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Monitor waitlists and maximize reservation opportunities.
  • Maintain knowledge of resort accommodations, amenities, dining, spa services, recreation, and local attractions so you can confidently assist guests.
  • Follow established rate guidelines and reservation procedures.
  • Refer guests to sister properties or nearby hotels when accommodations are unavailable, ensuring every caller receives exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with the Front Office team to provide a seamless guest experience.
  • Help maintain accurate reservation records and reports.

  • Previous hotel, hospitality, reservations, front desk, or customer service experience is preferred.
  • Experience with Opera PMS and Microsoft Office is a plus.
