Job Summary River Oaks Golf Course is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our Seasonal Grounds Crew. This role helps keep the course beautiful and playable for our golfers. No prior experience is necessary-we're happy to train the right people Under the general direction of the Golf Course Superintendent and/or Assistant Superintendent, work on a wide range of activities involved in golf course maintenance.

Schedule: Morning shifts; some weekends required. What We Offer Flexible morning schedule Outdoor work in a great environment Hands-on training and team support A fun, active job at a beautiful golf course Essential Job Functions Maintain golf course grounds, including mowing, trimming, and general landscaping Assist with course setup and daily preparation Operate basic groundskeeping equipment (training provided) Perform general cleanup and maintenance tasks Work as part of a team to keep the course in top condition Minimum Requirements No experience required Ability to work morning shifts, including some weekends Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn Able to perform physical work (standing, walking, lifting light equipment) Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Follow oral and written direction Knowledge of tools, methods and materials used in golf course and grounds landscape construction and maintenance work Ability to safely operate motorized equipment Work independently and as a team
