Descripción del puesto. 
Lava y almacena adecuadamente todos los platos, bandejas, utensilios para comer, tazas y equipos pequeños para el BOH. Mantiene el cuarto de platos y el lavavajillas de manera higiénica y eficiente. 
Tareas de trabajo 
Declaración(es) de funciones esenciales. 
• Lava y almacena todos los platos, bandejas, utensilios, tazas y equipos pequeños en los lugares adecuados para el BOH.
• Mantiene el área de los platos limpia y desinfectada. 
• Revisa la máquina para asegurarse de que esté funcionando correctamente e informa cualquier defecto de inmediato. 
• Cambia el agua cada 2 horas en el lavavajillas. 
• Comprueba la temperatura del agua durante el funcionamiento del lavavajillas para garantizar la temperatura adecuada. 
• Cambia los cubos de desinfectante cada 4 horas. 
• Instalación y uso adecuados del fregadero de 3 bases para artículos muy sucios. 
• Entiende el uso de cada químico y la proporción adecuada. 
• Retira toda la basura del área de los platos y la coloca en el contenedor de basura. 
 
• Limpia y desinfecta los botes de basura y vuelve a forrar todos los botes. 
• Responsable de la limpieza del estacionamiento. 
• Se adhiere a las políticas de seguridad de puerta trasera en todo momento. 
• Se comunica con la cocina sobre sus necesidades. 
• Desmonta y limpia adecuadamente el lavavajillas y el área del dish al final del turno. 
Esto incluye pulir, quitar papel y lavar el interior con una manguera. 
• La capacidad de divertirse en el trabajo.
