Job description

We are looking for an experienced Print & Mail Production Associate to join our warehouse production team. The ideal candidate has experience in a commercial print and mail environment, is comfortable working with production equipment, and can confidently navigate computer files to process print jobs or feed machines.


Swing Shift: 4:00pm - 12:30am plus OT (getting off at 2:30am or working weekends)

Pay Rate: $18.00 plus OT


Responsibilities:

  • Navigate computer files and production software to locate, verify, and process print jobs.
  • Operate digital print, finishing, and mail production equipment.
  • Load paper, envelopes, and other production materials into machines.
  • Set up and monitor print jobs to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Process, sort, insert, and prepare mail for distribution.
  • Perform finishing tasks including cutting, folding, binding, inserting, and packaging.
  • Pull and stage materials for production runs.
  • Inspect printed materials and mail pieces for quality and accuracy.
  • Prepare completed jobs for shipping and USPS or courier pickup.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area.
  • Follow work orders, production schedules, and safety procedures to meet daily deadlines.


Qualifications:

  • Experience in a commercial print and mail production environment required.
  • Proficient with basic computer skills, including navigating folders, locating files, and using print production software to release and process jobs.
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic file or print issues and follow detailed job instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Reliable, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts as needed.
