What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years of commercial retouching experience using Adobe Photoshop.

  • Print production or prepress background.

  • Expert-level color correction skills and ability to adapt to various styles and workflows.

  • Strong understanding of CMYK and RGB color spaces.

  • Experience with color conversion and profile management.

  • Experience retouching food and consumer household products.

  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop Smart Objects and non-destructive editing techniques.

  • Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Illustrator.

  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Capture One software.

  • Familiarity with Portfolio DAM systems.

  • Proficiency with the Digital Munsell Hue Test.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods.

  • Occasional travel (up to 5%) may be required.
