Familiarity with core banking systems, transaction processing software, and compliance regulations is typically required. Excellent problem-solving skills, time management, and effective communication are important soft skills for resolving issues quickly and collaborating with team members. These skills and qualities ensure accurate transaction processing, regulatory compliance, and smooth banking operations during critical weekend hours.
