Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, welcoming and organized Dental receptionist to join our team! 
The Ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient services and attend to day to day duties of a dental receptionist. This role requires proficiency in various dental terminology, as well as experience with Eagle Soft Dental Software. Dental Receptionist will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth clinic operations, assisting patients with scheduling, and maintaining accurate dental records.
Responsibilities 
Greet patients warmly and manage the check in/ check out process.
Schedule appointments and manage the dental office calendar efficiently.
Verify insurance information and assist with claims processing.
Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPPA.
Handle dental billing and coding .
Answer multiline phone promptly and clerical duties.
Utilize Eagle Soft software.

Qualifications
  • Two or more years of dental receptionist experience.
  • Knowledge of Eagle Soft Software.
  • Excellent communication skills, honest, punctual and team player
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Familiar with computers and scheduling software
