Job Description
We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, and proactive Weekend Shift Customer Service Representative to join our team in Whiteland, IN. Operating on a Thursday through Sunday (0700 - 1800) schedule, this shift is critical to our continuous logistics network.
Because freight never stops, this role bridges the vital gap between the standard business week and the high-volume weekend transit window. Working four 10-hour days, you will ensure smooth handoffs, consistent tracking, and excellent customer support during peak afternoon transitions and crucial weekend delivery windows.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding shipments
  • Provide accurate and timely updates on load status
  • Monitor shipments from pickup through delivery to ensure on-time performance
  • Communicate proactively with customers, carriers, and internal teams
  • Resolve service issues quickly and professionally
