About Us

Twenty3 Logistics is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner. We deliver Amazons packages to their customers. We are looking for Reliable, Highly-motivated, Hard Working, and Customer-focused Delivery Drivers to join our team. Our drivers are the most important asset to the company and all are treated as such!

Delivery drivers are responsible for delivering large and small packages to homes, businesses, and apartments. You will operate an Amazon van to deliver packages each day. Drivers are given uniforms and a device to deliver packages.

This job is for motivated individuals. Drivers will need to move quickly from the van to delivery location.

Job Type: Part Time, Seasonal, Weekend Shifts. IMMEDIATE OPENINGS AVAILABLE!!

Weekend Shifts are Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
Shifts: 8-10 hours.

**GUARANTEED 10-hour shift pay** according to company policy.


Compensation & Benefits

General Responsibilities
- Report to the distribution facility on time every scheduled shift
- Receive route assignment, Smartphone, and van assignment for the day
- Perform Pre-trip inspection on the Amazon van you are assigned
- Deliver 250+ packages on your route using the Smartphone
- Follow strict safety driving rules and regulations
- Follow customer delivery instructions
- Help teammates as directed by Management
- Return van to the station, refuel van (with company card), and turn in company devices after completing your route
- Debrief with the Manager
- Perform Post trip inspection on the Amazon van


Job Requirements
- Must work at a quick pace
- Able to be on feet up to 8-10 hours per day
- No restrictions on walking lifting, bending capabilities
- Must be a safe driver and abide by traffic and company policies
- Must be capable of operating a Smartphone/ GPS device
- Must be able to work on weekends
- Must be willing to work in all weather conditions
- Must consent to drug test (No Testing for Marijuana)
- No points on driving record
- No experience is needed, however driver will be fully trained and must quickly catch on to the job responsibilities
- Must have excellent attendance
- Must be 21 years old
- Able to lift packages up to 50 lbs with no assistance
- Ability to get in and out of cargo van
