Our team is committed to providing quality food, respectful customer service, safe foodhandling, and a welcoming environment that reflects the values of Shelly's Indigenous Bistro.Position Summary- The Delivery Driver - Evenings & Weekends is responsible for the safe, timely, and professional delivery of food orders forevening and weekend takeout, delivery, catering, and special events. Performance, reliability, safe driving practices, operational support, customerservice standards, teamwork, and compliance with workplace expectations will be reviewed during this period.- Employment is conditional upon legal eligibility to work in Canada; satisfactory Criminal Record Check, if required; validdriver's licence and clean driver's abstract; signing Confidentiality Agreement; signing Code of Conduct; compliance withRespectful Workplace Policy; compliance with company policies and procedures; and maintaining required food safety andworkplace training.- The role requires driving, frequent walking and standing, repetitive lifting of 40-60 lbs, and the ability to safely carry heavycatering trays, boxed orders, and food containers up stairways, through buildings, and while navigating elevators, ramps,uneven surfaces, and various weather conditions.
