Weekend Deep Sea Oil Rig Jobs in Colorado (NOW HIRING)

The Bulk Cement Driver (CDL) must have heavy haul driving experience and will be primarily responsible for driving assigned equipment to and from customer sites, rigging up iron to equipment and oilfield rig, requiring loading, unloading, and transporting cargo appropriately per company job safety analysis (JSA), standard operating procedures (SOP) and the federal and state requirements of the Department of Transportation (DOT) and Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Operate assigned bulk cement trucks, including dry powder bulk units and related Class A CDL/manual-transmission equipment, to transport cement and completions equipment to and from oilfield locations.
• Load, unload, wash, inspect, and prepare trucks and equipment for safe transport and field operations.
• Rig up and rig down bulk equipment, iron, hoses, lines, tanks, and cement pump connections in accordance with company JSA, SOP, customer requirements, and applicable DOT/CMV standards.
• Support cementing operations at the wellsite, including pumping cement downhole and coordinating with the supervisor, pump operator, rig crew, and other field personnel.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, verify load securement, maintain required logs and documentation, and report equipment, safety, or maintenance concerns promptly.
• Follow all company safety policies, DOT/CMV requirements, JSAs, SOPs, PPE requirements, and customer site rules while working around heavy equipment, moving vehicles, pressure equipment, and active oilfield locations.
• Assist with shop work, equipment maintenance, deliveries, yard duties, and other operational support tasks as assigned.
• Travel to field locations, including North Dakota, Wyoming, and Colorado, and work varied schedules, nights, weekends, and after-hours assignments as business needs require.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education required.
• Valid, active Class A CDL required; applicable endorsements preferred.
• Minimum of three years of Class A CDL driving experience required, including manual transmission experience.
• Working knowledge of DOT requirements, CMV standards, state and interstate highway regulations, and safe load securement practices.
• Basic mechanical aptitude, including familiarity with diesel engines, components, and routine equipment maintenance.
• Ability to communicate effectively, work cooperatively in a team environment, and complete basic written, math, and computer-based documentation.
• Must be able to work varied shifts, nights, weekends, and travel as business needs require.
• Must maintain reliable transportation and cell phone communication.
• Must be able to pass DOT drug and alcohol pre-employment testing, DOT-compliant post-offer physical, and other job-relevant screens.
• Salary Range - $26.00-$29.00 hourly DOE

• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. frequently and perform team lifts or assisted lifts as needed for heavier materials and equipment.
• Must be able to climb ladders and access equipment up to approximately 15 ft.; bend, stoop, twist, stand, squat, crawl, walk, and reach as required during loading, unloading, rig-up, rig-down, and equipment maintenance activities.
• Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods and sit for extended periods while operating commercial motor vehicles and related equipment.
• Must have sufficient grip strength and manual dexterity to secure loads, operate valves and hoses, connect/disconnect iron, handle tools, and perform equipment inspections.
• Work is performed in field, road, shop, and outdoor environments, including exposure to temperature extremes, weather conditions, moderate noise levels, heavy equipment, moving vehicles, and oilfield locations.
• Must be able to safely operate CDL-required equipment, including bulk cement trucks, winch/flatbed equipment, 40-foot floats, and related completions equipment, consistent with DOT and company safety requirements.
• Must be able to pass DOT drug and alcohol pre-employment testing, DOT-compliant post-offer physical, and job-relevant screens, including vision, hearing/audiogram, musculoskeletal assessment, pulmonary screening, drug screen, and functional capacity evaluation as required for the role.
• Typical work schedule may include 12-hour shifts, field rotations, travel up to approximately 75%, nights, weekends, and after-hours work as business needs require.
