What the Role Involves

As a Client Services Representative, you will:


  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring consistent and accurate communication on file status
  • List new business files from clients, verifying all details through system checks and thorough review
  • Assess and analyze files, reports, and correspondence to provide updates and direction to collectors and tracers
  • Communicate regularly with clients via phone and email regarding account status, settlements, and payment inquiries
  • Process and maintain file updates, including payments, adjustments, rollovers, and new account activity
  • Work with data from multiple sources, converting and formatting files into standardized formats such as Excel and TXT
  • Upload and manage data within internal systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Identify and correct file conversion errors within internal systems (CRS)
  • Generate and distribute weekly and monthly reports to internal teams and clients
  • Process invoices, statements, and verify account balances
  • Support additional administrative functions and provide backup support to other departments as needed
