Job Description SummaryThe Senior Customer Data Associate reports to the Director, Global Customer Support Experience with alignment to the Master Data Management team. As a Senior Customer Data Associate you will be responsible for the management of existing and creation of new customer accounts within our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. You will be responsible for our Business Partner (BP) rules, Customer Data policies, and customer data across all STEMCELL systems. You will complete various tasks such as visualizing, transforming, and manipulating data, which will enable you to prepare and present data for trending, and gaining insights from the analysis performed.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for new customer onboarding, data maintenance and governance, quality assurance of business partners, and supporting reporting of hierarchy management

  • Analyze data from STEMCELL's ERP and CRM systems to highlight exceptions and identify opportunities for optimization. Ensure customer data is maintained at the highest level

  • Partner with Marketing, Sales Operations, Customer Support, Finance & IT teams to deploy effective data acquisition, integration, and management of customer master policies

  • Identify opportunities to digitize and streamline operational data handling and optimize business intelligence capabilities

  • Work closely with data quality, metadata and lineage services to ensure conformance of content to enterprise data content, sourcing, and distribution standards and collaborate with Master Data Management team to deploy appropriate tools & processes to support data entry, deduplication, and mastering

  • Implement training and education program for customer data consumers to build balanced understanding and use of customer content while ensuring compliance with internal data policies and external regulatory requirements


Knowledge and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience in Data Entry/Service related field

  • Experience working with enterprise platforms such as SFDC, S/4 or Magento will be highly desirable

  • SAP Information Steward architect and data quality leadership and implementation experience is an asset

  • Data cleansing implementation experience is an asset and strong knowledge of MS Office and G Suite applications

  • Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines

  • Strong interpersonal, verbal/written communication, organization and customer service skills alongside an ability to work in a fast-paced environment and simultaneously manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines; outstanding project management and time management skills

The annual salary for this job ranges from:

$71,200.00 - $96,400.00

STEMCELL determines an individual's pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy. In addition to base salary, STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits, retirement savings, and more.
