About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Administrative amp; Marketing Associate to join our team for 40 hours per week. This position is perfect for a motivated individual with a positive attitude who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a variety of tasks. You’ll play an important role in supporting day-to-day office operations, managing social media marketing efforts, assisting with resident outreach, and coordinating community events to help create an engaging and vibrant atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
  • Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally, providing exceptional service.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, office supplies, and records to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist with general office duties such as data entry, scheduling appointments, and other coordination tasks.
Social Media Marketing
  • Create and schedule engaging content for social media to connect with current residents and attract new prospects.
  • Respond to social media comments, messages, and inquiries to maintain an active online community.
  • Support campaigns, contests, and promotions on social media to drive engagement.
