Position Overview
In a rapidly growing, dynamic business unit, this individual will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of orders across the Perio Protect product line. This position is responsible for managing order intake from multiple channels, maintaining accurate data within internal systems, and supporting operational efficiency through precise recordkeeping and process adherence.
The role is highly detail-oriented and process-driven, requiring strong organizational skills, data accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously. This individual contributes to overall business performance by ensuring orders are entered, tracked, and maintained with consistency and integrity, supporting downstream operations and revenue recognition.
Key Functions
  • Create sales orders for all incoming gel and PDP orders from multiple sources.
  • Customer inquiries, field questions, order status
  • Take orders
  • Monitor incoming emails for orders and customer inquiries and respond accordingly.
  • Contact offices with orders on processing hold for reasons other than credit/delinquency to resolve.
  • Utilize FMP to log conversations, follow up needs and sales history
  • Ensure orders are logged in FMP
  • Other duties as assigned
