Job Summary
The Lead Assembler at is responsible for guiding a team of assemblers in the efficient and accurate production of electronic components and systems, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production schedules. This role involves both hands-on assembly work and leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Job Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team of assemblers to meet daily production targets and quality objectives.
Provide on-the-job training and guidance to junior assemblers on assembly techniques, safety procedures, and quality control.
Perform complex assembly tasks, including reading blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
Inspect finished products for quality defects and ensure compliance with specifications.
Troubleshoot assembly issues and implement corrective actions.
Maintain accurate production records and report on team performance.
Collaborate with supervisors and engineers to optimize assembly processes and improve efficiency.
Ensure all safety protocols and company policies are strictly followed by the team.
Assist with inventory management related to assembly components.
Operate and maintain various assembly tools and equipment.
Job Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in a technical field preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electronic assembly or a similar manufacturing role.
Proven experience in a lead or supervisory role within an assembly environment.
Strong understanding of electronic components, assembly techniques, and quality control procedures.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and detailed work instructions.
Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
