Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Data Entry Specialist role based in North Salt Lake, UT. The Data Entry Specialist will accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company systems, including production records, inventory information, work orders, and customer details. Responsibilities include verifying source documents for accuracy, identifying and correcting discrepancies, and ensuring data is entered in a timely manner to support manufacturing and repair operations. The role will also involve organizing digital and physical records, generating basic reports, and collaborating with team members and supervisors to clarify information when needed. The Data Entry Specialist will interact with internal stakeholders and occasionally customers, follow established procedures, and support general administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Strong typing and data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Computer literacy, including proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and standard office software.
- Effective communication and customer service skills to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Administrative assistance experience, including organizing records, managing documents, and supporting office workflows.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work consistently in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in business, administration, or related fields is a plus.
- Previous experience in data entry, manufacturing, logistics, or repair services is preferred but not required.
