We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support a hospitality organization in Little Rock, Arkansas. This contract position with permanent potential is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys accurate recordkeeping, administrative coordination, and working with digital files and spreadsheets. The ideal candidate brings solid data entry abilities, strong Excel knowledge, and the organization needed to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a growing team environment.
Responsibilities:
• Enter and maintain test-related records with a high level of accuracy and consistency across company systems.
• Review, process, and update information tied to tests, renewals, and supporting documentation.
• Organize physical and electronic files to ensure records are easy to locate and properly stored.
• Scan and upload documents into internal software platforms while verifying completeness and accuracy.
• Create, update, and manage spreadsheets to track data, status changes, and administrative activity.
• Support day-to-day office operations by handling clerical tasks and assisting with additional administrative assignments as needed.• Prior experience in data entry, clerical support, or an administrative role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including building and maintaining spreadsheets.
• Excellent accuracy and typing skills with close attention to detail.
