Responsibilities:
• Enter and maintain test-related records with a high level of accuracy and consistency across company systems.
• Review, process, and update information tied to tests, renewals, and supporting documentation.
• Organize physical and electronic files to ensure records are easy to locate and properly stored.
• Scan and upload documents into internal software platforms while verifying completeness and accuracy.
• Create, update, and manage spreadsheets to track data, status changes, and administrative activity.
• Support day-to-day office operations by handling clerical tasks and assisting with additional administrative assignments as needed.• Prior experience in data entry, clerical support, or an administrative role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including building and maintaining spreadsheets.
• Excellent accuracy and typing skills with close attention to detail.
• Ability to organize records, manage deadlines, and prioritize multiple responsibilities.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
