Overview:

Corporate Account Reporting Specialist


Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: South Bend, IN (On-site)

The Corporate Account Reporting Specialist plays a key role in supporting Tire Rack’s largest corporate customers through accurate, timely, and insightful reporting. This position is responsible for managing sales and account data, developing reporting tools, and delivering insights that support business decisions. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with complex datasets in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret complex data to support business and account decision-making
  • Develop and maintain reporting schedules, dashboards, and recurring reports
  • Retrieve and manage data using internal systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide regular sales summaries and reporting updates to internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to support customer needs
  • Track promotional funding and assist with reimbursement documentation
  • Maintain documentation of reporting processes, formulas, and methodologies
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency across reporting deliverables
  • Translate data into clear, actionable insights for internal stakeholders
  • Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support daily operations

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in account reporting, financial analysis, or a related role
  • College Diploma
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis functions
  • Experience working with AS400/IBMi systems
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Hours:

  • Monday–Friday; occasional weekends may be necessary
  • 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; additional hours may be necessary
