Overview & General Purpose
The Facilities Information Coordinator works with the Associate Director for Facilities and the Assistant Director for Facilities Projects to collect and analyze information and data regarding Facilities operations and capital projects and provides detailed reports to enable the Facilities Department to track and build operational and capital project budgets.
Additionally, this role serves at the intersection of technology and implementation. Developing and maintaining the Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), along with providing training and insights for end-users on the operation of the system. Further, this role will serve as a primary liaison for the technical development and management of the Warehouse Inventory System.

Responsibilities

Data / Reporting Analyst, I
Conduct data analysis in support of a variety of analytic solutions. Capture, develop, and document data definitions, business rules, and data quality requirements. Create and produce forecasts, reports, ad hoc requests, dashboards, etc. Interpret data, analyze results, and provide insights to determine operational impact, trends, and opportunities. Develop reports and deliverables for management and communicate with all levels of stakeholders. Identify and define both process and data improvements. Ensure compliance with deliverable reporting requirements by performing quality data audits and analysis. Requires basic skill set and proficiency. Conducts work assignments as directed. Closely supervised with little latitude for independent judgment.
Requires a bachelor's (or equivalency) + 2 years of directly related work experience or a master's (or equivalency) degree.

Minimum Qualifications
EQUIVALENCY STATEMENT: 1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience (Example: bachelor's degree = 4 years of directly related work experience).

Data / Reporting Analyst, I: Requires a bachelor's (or equivalency) + 2 years of directly related work experience or a master's (or equivalency) degree.
