What You'll Need
  • High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate.
  • Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of sales, category management, or business systems analysis experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; or 6 years of sales, category management or business systems analysis experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Math, Engineering or Business Administration plus 1 year of sales experience at a District Manager level, Category Management, or business systems analysis experience to include document preparation.
  • Computer skill requirements include: Intermediate use of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access and MS PowerPoint.
  • Good communication and business writing skills.
  • Ability to solve practical problems, collect data, establish facts and deal with a variety of concrete variables.
  • Project management experience.
  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation.
