Job description

Summary The MIL Corporation seeks an Interface Analyst (Business Analysis, Senior Analyst) to support a Federal Government client at our Charleston, SC location. The Interface Analyst will work in cooperation with the Business and Systems Support (BSS) interfaces team for the Global Financial Management System (GFMS). This position currently requires an on-site schedule. Schedule is subject to change based on company/contract requirements. Responsibilities * Analyze incoming and outgoing interface files and messages, perform systems assurance and quality control on interface operations, gather and analyze statistics, and communicate results and issues to stakeholders * Analyze file rejects and loading failures for continuous improvement * Perform and support system testing, file transfers, data mining, and other methods to troubleshoot interface errors * Provide customer support to government agency users with respect to interface processes Travel None Required Qualifications * 5+ years of professional experience * Experience working with system interfaces, ideally with federal agencies * Must be customer focused and possess the ability to identify issues, analyze, and interpret data and develop solutions to user problems * Must demonstrate a strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skill set to accurately document, report, and present findings * Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to effectively interface with all levels of employees * Experience working within a dynamic team environment * Must have the ability to adjust to the fast paced and high volume of work environment * Must be flexible as work requirements shift (on-call, weekend work, and extended hours are not common but can happen) Desired Qualifications * Experience with Momentum Financials or other federal financial system Education Bachelor's degree Clearance Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance and be able to upgrade to a Top Secret (TS) clearance as required.
