We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quoting & Data Analyst to support day-to-day pricing and quotation activities for capacitor products. This role serves as a key liaison between Sales, Marketing, Engineering Operations, and customers to ensure accurate, timely, and competitive pricing support. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, good business judgement, prior experience in pricing and quoting in a B2B environment, and a customer-focused mindset dedicated to supporting both internal and external stakeholders.

Job Location: Remote

What you will be doing:

  • Manage daily quoting activities for capacitor components and related product lines.
  • Generate, review, and process customer quotations in accordance with company pricing policies and business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Factory Engineering and Customer Service teams to support pricing requests and business opportunities.
  • Analyze cost data, market trends, historical sales information, and customer requirements to recommend competitive pricing strategies.
  • Maintain and update pricing information, customer agreements, and quotation records within SAP and Salesforce.
  • Support contract pricing administration, quote tracking, and profitability analysis.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards to monitor quote activity, pricing performance, win/loss analysis, and business trends.
  • Interface directly with customers regarding pricing inquiries, quotation status, and commercial support needs.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of pricing data across business systems.
  • Identify opportunities to improve quoting processes, workflow efficiency, and data quality.
  • Support special projects and business analysis initiatives as required.

What you will bring along:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in pricing, quoting, sales operations, customer support, or data analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • SAP
    • Salesforce
    • Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience & understanding within the electronics, semiconductor, passive components, or capacitor industry.
