Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing. Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Master's in dance, physical education with a dance emphasis, or theater with dance emphasis, OR Bachelor's in any of the above AND Master's in physical education, any life science, physiology, theater arts, kinesiology, humanities, performing arts or music OR the equivalent AND Evidence of a sensitivity, understanding of diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds. DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS: Pilates Certification BASI certification with all equipment (reformer, cadillac, chair, ladder, balls, bands, rings, foam rollers) 3-5 yrs pilates instructor experience Recent community college, university or lower division Dance teaching/choreography experience.
