$14.50/hour (including premium pay) with 20 (part-time) hours of Paid Time Off upon hire. This position does receive pooled tips in addition to hourly rate once dealer school is completed.

Our table games training program will prepare you for an exciting new career in the gaming industry. You’ll learn how to deal blackjack and basic games! Must be at least 18 years of age before employment can be offered for this position.

We are looking for experienced dealers with great people skills. Working early afternoons, evenings and most weekends are required.

This is a great opportunity for full-time, part-time or for someone who wants a second income source.

Summary: To perform the assigned game as per company policy and procedures. The Dealer is responsible for providing exceptional guest service that will lead to the enjoyment of all patrons. This position must learn and follow all rules of the designated game, using math and critical thinking skills.

Essential Functions:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers.
  • Conducts the game per company policy.
  • Multi-task in dealing cards, counting, and entertaining all guests involved in the game.
  • Makes payoffs and handles other customer table action.
  • Controls speed of the game.
  • Ability/availability to work Casino hours and 7 days/week, 365 days/year.

Required:

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to stand up to 100% of time on gaming floor.
  • Clear close vision for speed & accuracy.
  • Possess or have ability to possess class C IRGC gaming license.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply math concepts and critical thinking skills to practical situations.

Schedule: Full-time / Part-time that varies based on events and holidays and includes days, nights, and weekends.

Salary: $13.50 while in training with Dealer School. $8.00/hr + Tips after successful completion of training.
