Job Description & Requirements Specialty: PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/14/2026 Duration: 12 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse - Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (Float) Duration: 13 Weeks Location: 1001 Johnson Ferry Road NE, Atlanta, GA 30342 Schedule: Nights | 3 ร— 12-hour shifts | 36 hours/week Weekend Schedule: Weekend Block (Friday-Sunday) | Every Other Weekend Position Overview Seeking an experienced Pediatric Float ICU Registered Nurse to provide high-quality critical care across multiple pediatric intensive care units, campuses, and specialty areas.

Responsibilities
  • Float between two campuses: AMBH and SR .
  • Provide patient care across PICU, NICU, TDICU, and CICU .
  • Float to general care and specialty areas as needed.
  • Maintain a typical patient ratio of 2-3:1 .
  • Work the required weekend block (Friday-Sunday) every other weekend.
  • Make up any missed shifts during the assignment.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of recent PICU or Pediatric CICU experience .
  • BLS and ACLS required .
  • Active Georgia RN license or Compact RN license .
  • EPIC charting experience required .
  • Must be comfortable floating between campuses and multiple pediatric critical care units.
Facility Requirements
  • NICOTINE-FREE FACILITY: Candidates must complete nicotine testing as part of the drug screening process.
  • Flu vaccine required: No exceptions or exemptions will be permitted.
Compensation

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
