Full-Time | $18-$20/hour
About the Role
Braxton Brewing is looking for a reliable, skilled kitchen professional to round out our team at the CVG Airport. We can offer consistent, guaranteed hours, great pay (including $10/day travel pay), benefits, and fantastic coworkers!
Key traits to succeed: reliability, cleanliness, quality focused, ability to work as part of a small team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Handle daily kitchen operations including prep, line cooking, dishwashing, and proper opening/closing procedures.
  • Maintain consistency and cleanliness standards across all food truck service.
  • Manage inventory, rotate stock, and keep the truck organized and health-code ready.
Schedule amp; Hours
  • Average at least 28-32 hours per week, with additional hours available based on availability and performance.
  • Weekends are generally required. Typical shifts will be somewhere in the range of 10am-10pm (no late nights)
  • 8 or 10 hour shifts available
Compensation
  • $18-$20 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications
Required
  • Ability to pass a 10 year felony background check (required to work at the airport)
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required for catering and off-site events).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen, food truck, or catering environment.
  • Ability to work weekends and flexible hours, including extended shifts for events.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in varying conditions (indoor, outdoor, truck).
  • Food Handler’s certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire).
Preferred
  • Experience in a lead or supervisory kitchen role.
  • Familiarity with catering logistics and off-site event execution.
  • ServSafe certification or equivalent.
  • Passion for craft beer and the hospitality industry.
