Duties typically include answering phone calls, responding to emails or chat messages, processing orders, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Working weekends may include daytime, evening, or overnight shifts depending on the employer. These positions are ideal for those seeking flexible work hours or supplemental income.
