NOW HIRING - CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES (WEEKEND SHIFT)
Location: Seville, Ohio (Medina Area)
Weekend Shift: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM

World Truck Towing & Recovery, Inc. is seeking dependable, professional individuals to join our Customer Service/Dispatch team for a dedicated weekend shift.
This role is ideal for candidates looking for consistent weekend hours in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Perfect for students, second-income households, or those seeking weekend-only work.
No towing experience required - paid training provided!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Deliver calm, professional support in high-pressure situations
  • Answer incoming calls and gather key information using guided questions
  • Dispatch towing and roadside services efficiently and accurately
  • Provide service updates and estimated arrival times
  • Coordinate with drivers and keep customers informed
  • Assist with billing, scheduling, and administrative tasks
• Demonstrate strong information retention and attention to detail
• Ability to interpret direction and complete tasks with minimal supervision
