Junior Field Technician Job Summary
As a Junior Field Technician at Steri-Clean Missouri, you'll respond to biohazard, trauma, hoarding, and extreme cleaning scenes. You will be doing work that genuinely helps people through some of the hardest moments of their lives. You'll work to safely clean, remediate, and restore residential and commercial properties, following strict safety protocols and company procedures from start to finish.
This is a physically demanding, emotionally mature role that rewards people who take pride in doing hard work well. No prior industry experience is required — we provide full training. What we're looking for is reliability, a strong work ethic, and someone who wants to build a career with a company that promotes from within. If you have previous experience in cleaning, restoration, moving, or construction, you may be an even better fit.
Schedule / Expected Work Hours:
  • Hours and schedule based on location 
Responsibilities 
  • Able to perform solo jobs based on management discretion
  • Empathetic and professional communication with clients 
  • Biohazard disposal
  • Site documentation 
  • Cleaning and organizing vehicles
  • Basic tool/equipment knowledge
  • Knowledge of all policies (safety, HR, ECP, etc.)
Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Must live within 30 min. of the office which you are applying for
  • Previous experience with power tools, construction, or restoration
  • Must be able to work in a respirator and full PPE for long periods
  • Must be able to be on call some nights and weekends
  • Must have reliable transportation to get to our office (work vehicles provided)
  • Must have working cell phone
