• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, ensuring a comprehensive understanding before developing treatment plans.
• Formulate and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's specific goals and therapeutic needs.
• Provide individual counseling, couples therapy, and group therapy sessions, effectively utilizing appropriate therapeutic techniques to facilitate clients' progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams to deliver integrated and holistic care, ensuring clients receive the most comprehensive support possible.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in adherence to legal and ethical standards, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant.
• Participate actively in regular clinical supervision, case conferences, and continue engaging in professional development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

This role is vital in enabling our clients to navigate their emotional struggles and support one another in achieving their therapeutic goals.

• A valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.
• A Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated experience performing both individual and group therapy within a mental health context.
• Expertise in applying evidence-based therapeutic techniques relevant to the treatment of mental health disorders.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to establish rapport and build trust with a diverse client base.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities, crucial for effective client interactions and documentation.
• A dedicated commitment to maintaining ethical standards and safeguarding client confidentiality at all times.

• Experience working within a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive mental health care.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and remote counseling techniques will be advantageous.
• Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities, particularly those beneficial to addiction and trauma recovery.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $50,000 to $80,000 per year, plus additional bonuses and incentives based on performance and client engagement.
